either a business or an organization. These socials are an excellent and exciting way to meet new people as well
as an opportunity to visit with old friends without the stresses of daily business. All Chamber members,
member employees, and guests of member employees are invited to enjoy hors d'oeuvres, beverages and door prize raffles.
Hosts may opt to provide entertainment and/or plan a theme for the gathering, which is always popular.

they have to offer. It's a chance to expose your business or organization and gain more visibility. Guests get to know the business owners and their employees, familiarize themselves with the host business and
make important business and social contacts. It is essential that businesses in the community have a link.

socials are typically held from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. on the 4th Thursday of each month.
Guests enjoy food, beverages, entertainment, and door prizes. There is no charge for Chamber Members and their guests.
hosts need to arrange and set up a location which can hold up to 30 people,
provide any entertainment or activities, arrange for hors d'oeuvres and beverages for approximately 20 - 30
people, and provide information about or tours of their business. Once arranged, the host provides the Chamber with publicity
information for the monthly newsletter and promotional materials. This information should reach the Chamber Director by the 10th of the month
prior to hosting. Any promotional material distributed by the business for the event (post cards, flyers) must include
the Chamber logo and show that this is a Chamber sponsored event.
